Frequently Asked Questions

Each session is 50 minutes of exclusive private hire. Bookings run on the hour, so please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to get your dogs unloaded and ready. You'll need to have left the field by the time your 50 minutes is up to allow the next booking to start on time.
Yes, parking is available off-road right next to the field, free of charge. Please note that vehicles are left entirely at your own risk — Hopwood Dog Run does not accept liability for any loss or damage while on the premises.
Bring your own poo bags — you're responsible for clearing up after your dog/s. A poo bin is provided on site. During winter the field can get muddy, so waterproof boots are recommended. Water for your dogs on warmer days is also a good idea.
Dog trainers and professional dog walkers are welcome, but must arrange this in advance with the team. Please call 07774 631347 or use the contact form to discuss professional hire. Subletting of the field is not permitted without management permission.
The field is available Monday to Sunday, 5:00am – 9:00pm. Early morning slots are available, including 5:00am and 6:00am — ideal for getting your dog's run in before the day starts.
Yes. All dogs using Hopwood Dog Run must be fully up to date with their flu and booster vaccinations. This is a condition of booking to keep all visiting dogs safe and healthy
Yes, completely. Only one booking is taken per time slot, so the entire field is yours for the full 50 minutes. Please keep your dogs in your vehicle until the previous visitors have left with their dogs.
You can bring up to 5 dogs and up to 3 adults per booking. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times and count toward the 3-person maximum.
The field is fully gated and requires a gate code to enter. Your unique gate code is sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Please make sure to lock the gate from the inside while you're using the field, and re-lock it securely when you leave.
ou'll need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Refunds are only issued if your vacated slot is filled by another customer. If you arrive late, your session cannot be extended — your 50 minutes runs from the booked start time
